Welcome to the Coutts Museum of Art! To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all visitors, we kindly ask that you review and follow the museum's guidelines and policies.
General Visitor Guidelines

Admission: Admission is always free; a $5 donation is appreciated to support our programs.

Respect the Art: Please do not touch the artwork, frames, or display cases unless otherwise indicated.

Photography: Non-flash photography is permitted for personal use unless otherwise posted. Tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are not allowed.

Food and Drink: Food, drinks, and gum are not permitted in gallery spaces.

Backpacks and Bags: Large bags, backpacks, and umbrellas must be left at the front desk or carried by hand.

Cell Phones: Please silence your devices and take phone calls outside of the gallery spaces.

Children: Children are always welcome we kindly ask that they are supervised at all times.

Accessibility: The museum is wheelchair accessible. If you need assistance during your visit, please ask at the front desk.
Group Visits & Tours

Groups of 10 or more are asked to schedule visits in advance.

Guided tours are available upon request and are subject to staff availability.
Programs & Events

Event registrations (when required) are available through our website or by contacting the museum.

Outside food or drink brought in for events must be approved by museum staff.
Membership

Facility Use

Only authorized events may serve alcohol, and necessary permits must be obtained by the renter.
Code of Conduct

All visitors are expected to behave respectfully toward the art, other guests, and staff.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

Coutts Museum of Art reserves the right to ask any individual or group to leave if guidelines are not followed.
