Be one of the first to enjoy the Museum's newest exhibit featuring the Kansas Art Guild and the Emporia Connection!
From 5:30 to 7:30 on Thursday, August 7, you can enjoy drinks and light hors d'oeuvres while perusing our new exhibit and talking to the artists.
The Kansas Art Guild is a group where artists from around the state of Kansas can gather and share ideas. It began in 1977 as the Friends Community Art Guild, and became the Kansas Art Guild in 2018, having grown its membership beyond the boundaries of Friends and Wichita. This exhibit features almost 20 artists from around the state.
Jack Zeus, Dallas Dodge, and Dane Jones are abstract artists who all share a similar background: they all graduated from Emporia State University. In this exhibit, they bring their creative minds together, showcases individual artworks and collaborative pieces!
